Here's how the handmade scrapbook card works.
The Easy Transformation
Most importantly, take a picture of the special girl and print it out; 4" x 6" or smaller.
Pick out a coordinating scrapbooking background paper, either a size 8 ½" x 11" or 12" x 12", whichever you prefer.
Cut the card in half on the fold.
Carefully remove the embellishments on the front of the card leaving only the background paper. Don't worry if some of the paper peels off as the photo will cover it.
The front of the card now becomes a frame for the photo that you've printed out of your special girl.
Arrange the picture and embellishments onto the scrapbook background paper. An example is shown below but you can let her do whatever she likes.
